It’s a strange feeling to have UbiComp and ISWC so close to my home. Amazing organization and impressive research and meeting old friends.

We also had a couple of papers accepted. Thanks again for the great team (a lot of them also helping as student volunteers): Wearable ambient sound display: embedding information in personal music (ISWC 2016); Smart glasses with a peripheral vision display; Eye blink as an input modality for a responsive adaptable video system; Solar system: smooth pursuit interactions using EOG glasses; Run with me: designing storytelling tools for runners; The wordometer 2.0: estimating the number of words you read in real life using commercial EOG glasses (all UbiComp 2016 Adjunct).
